A retained search and consulting firm with 25 years of industry data has launched a specialized buyside job board to connect investment-management professionals with employers at a lower cost than typical contingent recruiting fees.
Jobs.WallStreetCareers.com, a product of search firm Wall Street Careers, went live in early 2025, offering a job board and talent marketplace tailored to hedge fund operators, private equity shops, asset managers, pensions, endowments, insurance companies, financial-technology businesses and buyside service providers.
At the start of this week, the platform hosted more than 5,000 job listings. A sampling: head of systematic marketing ($250,000–$300,000), long/short equity senior risk manager ($225,000–$275,000) and entrepreneur in residence ($175,000–$250,000). The site’s content is indexed by Google.
Employers can post job openings starting at $199 for a 30-day listing, with bulk pricing available at $1,200 per month for up to 15 job posts. Listings include company logos, career pages and distribution to Google Jobs and LinkedIn. Buyside candidates can create profiles, upload resumes and apply directly to jobs.
“Instead of visiting 50 hedge fund websites, PMs, traders, analysts, fund marketers, risk or fund operations and accounting professionals can now go to one centralized platform, market their resume directly to funds and explore opportunities without recruiters,” said Steve Fleming, chief executive of Wall Street Careers. “In 10 minutes, job seekers can apply to 10 jobs, view job market news and set up alerts for new postings that match their background.”
