The Global Assets and Cashflow team in Finance Technology is responsible for curating gold source asset and cash flow data to be used across the Enterprise. The BTA role on the team will be responsible for supporting the life cycle of asset and cash flow data from ingestion and curation, through reporting and analytics. This data set is a key driver in Finance and analytics processes and consumers all over the company.
Responsibilities:
- Analyzes business and user needs and documents requirements. Develops moderately complex information systems, and advises on the business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment.
- Translates clients requirements to functional documentation. Formulates and defines the systems scope and objectives, based on user needs and business processes.
- Directs business process improvement projects for internal business groups, aiming to improve business results. Leads the design and testing of new or enhanced applications.
- Leads the implementation of systems and software. Identifies and documents all system constraints, implications, and consequences of various proposed system changes. Provides recommendations for addressing and resolving business issues.
- Performs user support processes and activities for the implementation of new or existing applications. Leads the collection, documentation, and maintenance of functional requirements and modeling.
- Guides and advises less experienced crew.
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Five years related work experience.
- Familiarity with AWS Athena SQL, Tableau, Power BI
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Managing complexity in the data space.
- Navigating ambiguous environments.
- Influencing stakeholders on decision making
