What you'll be doing
As a member of the Human Resources team, you’ll work in a dynamic environment where you’ll support various business initiatives and translate business needs into integrated Human Resource solutions.
As a Human Resources Generalist, you’ll provide general HR support, including handling employee inquiries, communications, reporting, data analysis, position management, and other specific HR-related projects. You’ll assist in the preparation of materials for annual HR initiatives and ensure the needs of the client groups are met in a timely and efficient manner. You’ll also manage priorities, deliverables, and ensure HR solutions in the Line of Business (LOB) are rolled out efficiently.
You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 2-3 days per week on-site at 120 S. LaSalle, while other days will be remote.
How you'll succeed
HR Program Delivery
Assist in the preparation of materials for annual HR initiatives.
Manage priorities and deliverables to meet client expectations.
Create reports and provide data analytics support to HR Business Partners.
Assist with Workday requests and transactions.
Prepare and distribute communications to client groups.
Human Resources Processes, Policies, and Governance
Provide general HR policy interpretation and advice.
Assist in employee inquiries related to various processes and programs.
Coordinate and conduct exit interviews, providing feedback to HRBP.
Track performance improvement plan milestones and documentation.
Manage internal Hiring Forum process and consult with Talent Acquisition.

You have a Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent work experience) and 2-3 years of general HR experience.

This role has an expected salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 for the Chicago, Illinois market based on experience, qualifications, and location of the position. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit’s incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location. Additional total compensation and benefits details will be provided during the hiring process.
