This position, under the direction of the Area Director, works directly with the home QIDPs in overseeing all aspects of residential life for the people that live at JIRDC including the development, administration and maintenance of resident’s individual program plans, teaching objectives, and active treatment . This is to ensure compliance with Federal Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) Standards, State and Federal Statutes and facility operational policies. The Senior QIDP works to identify strengths and weaknesses in homes’ service delivery systems. From that information he/she works with the QIDP to develop results-based strategies to improve and maintain appropriate services within each home.

Minimum Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in a human services or related field from an appropriately accredited institution and two years of experience providing professional or direct services (either paid or volunteer) in a setting that serves individuals with disabilities.
Degrees must be from appropriately accredited colleges or universities.
