Overview
The Client Data Analyst will support Asset Management across all aspects of the client journey lifecycle by providing efficient and effective administration and operational servicing to deliver a positive client experience.
Responsibilities
- Proactively manage and maintain Client Data records and information working closely with stakeholders and our clients to ensure client information is up to date.
- Ensure Platforms and Data Masters that hold client records, including contacts and distribution lists across Platforms and Data Masters are accurate and relevant.
- Investigate Client Data Issues and identify root causes, collaborating with all Stakeholders to enable a complete understanding of the problem and solution to ensure good customer outcomes.
- Ensure that any changes are applied to platforms and masters within agreed SLAs
- Proactively develop and maintain effective working relationships with the wider stakeholder teams
- Evaluate processes and procedures and implement continual improvement initiatives to enhance the client service proposition.
- Work with wider Data teams to ensure designs for masters meet requirements and are scalable and sustainable.
- Alongside CDO develop and implement appropriate data controls for Client Data across Platforms and Data Masters.
Qualifications
- IOC, IMC, Relevant Industry/Degree Qualification or equivalent industry experience
- 4-6 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of client data within investment management
- Understanding of investment strategies and products
- Previous experience of working in asset management is essential
Salary Range
$65,000 - $80,000
The starting salary offer will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to the applicant’s education, job-related experience, skills, and abilities, geographic location, and market factors. This position is also eligible to participate in the company’s annual discretionary bonus plan.
