In this role, you will provide essential support to the HR team and play a crucial role in driving HR initiatives within the organization, specifically across the functions of Digital & Technology (D&T) and Enterprise Strategy & Solutions (ESS) Organizations. Working closely with HR professionals, you will assist in delivering a broad range of HR projects and partnering with various business units to support their human resources needs. You will:
- Support and partner with Senior and HR Talent Partner(s) in delivering comprehensive HR services, including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and training and development.
- Assist in preparing data and facilitation techniques to develop insights in progress against key initiatives and change management.
- Assist in implementing and executing key HR processes (performance management, compensation planning, onboarding, talent management) to deliver talent management outcomes.
- Assist in preparing pitch decks or communications to leaders.
- Champion company purpose and values with colleagues and leaders.
You have
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, Compliance, Risk, or a related field.
- 2- 4 years’ experience in HR or a related role preferred.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Strong assessment and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintain an elevated level of professionalism.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
- Meticulous with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
- Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (ideally Workday) is a plus.

As the HR Talent Consultant you will report to the HR Talent Partner Leader
Location:
Hybrid role - 3 days in the office, 2 days WFH. Located in the Hudson Yards, NYC office.
Travel to Guardian offices as determined by the People Leader.
Salary Range:
$80,940.00 - $132,975.00
The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
