We have an exciting opportunity for a Manager, Financial Analysis and Planning located in Pittsburgh, PA.
What You’ll Do
As a Manager, Financial Analysis and Planning, you will support various business areas on financial matters. This includes but is not limited to financial analysis, budgeting and financial planning, and strategic plan development. You will independently manage the budget planning process for each department for which they provide financial oversight. Build complex financial models and oversee staff’s creation of models of various levels of complexity. Assist with compensation planning, analysis and monthly bonus accruals for Investment Management. Responsible for professional development, mentoring and coaching of financial analysts who are direct reports.
The Expertise We’re Looking For
- Bachelor degree in Business, Finance or Accounting required. MBA preferred
- Minimum 4 years in a financial planning & analysis or accounting role which includes analysis and budgeting required. Experience includes financial forecasting and modeling experience.
- Experience as a strategic thinker and contributor to strategic plan development required
