Job Summary:
Yodlee, with its rapidly growing customer and user base, is seeking a Client Manager to partner in the ongoing management of client relationships with our Financial Services clients. The Client Partner will be responsible for maintaining the existing revenue associated with the account, facilitating any new conversations for growth or expansion of existing services, and working with internal teams to ensure ongoing client satisfaction and success of each assigned Envestnet Yodlee client. The candidate must understand the aggregation and open banking business, be able to manage multiple accounts while prioritizing workload and requests as needed. The candidate must be capable of managing a portfolio of customers with an established outreach program including monthly touchpoints, business reviews and other activities as required.
Job Responsibilities:
- Becoming very familiar with your assigned clients’ online offerings and related business strategies to understand how Yodlee services can contribute to achieving their objectives.
- Acting as a key touch point for your assigned clients on questions regarding ongoing projects, initiatives, key follow-ups, and new opportunities.
- Ongoing tracking, analysis and reporting of KPI’s for internal discussion and client reporting
- Executing quarterly client business reviews
- Participating and co-leading key client interactions to understand upcoming plans, needs, strategic goals, targeted outcomes for measurements and KPI identification.
- Executing and supporting Strategic Planning sessions with assigned clients to ensure client strategic plans are reviewed and discussed, and partnering with assigned clients to implement programs leveraging 'best practice' approaches.
- Acting as a key contact for internal partners (Product, Marketing, Professional Services) to communicate client needs and strategies and ensure client deliverables are met.
- Collaborate with Envestnet Yodlee Customer Success teams to ensure customer satisfaction and adhering to agreed upon service levels
- Adherence to and application of Envestnet legal, compliance, risk, business continuity and administrative policy within the role and department(s) including the timely completion of training & awareness, affirmations and testing as requested.
- As part of the responsibilities for this role, you will understand and readily support Envestnet's established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls and procedures designed to create value or minimize risk.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years of experience in a relationship management, hands-on product management, or business analytics in a SaaS software capacity.
- 4 years of experience in a technology, technical customer support or business analysis in the financial services industry.
- Familiarity working with financial institution clients and within a digital services environment.
- You will have some background in Customer Support, Consulting or Professional Services, experience in a Technology Firm, preferably SaaS or Enterprise Account Management. Experience in Wealth technology would be a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills needed as this role is for a self-starter, ready to take ownership of a portfolio of approx. 150 existing customers
- Ability to create total confidence and trust with clients
- You can articulate the value proposition that financial services technology products offer clients – specifically for retail banking, brokerage, and financial portals
- Superb verbal/written communication and presentation skills with commitment to quality and detail
- Analytical and can quickly identify, understand technology issues; discuss/recommend innovative solutions.
- Working for or with financial institutions and within a digital services environment

Salary:
The annual base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $150,000.
