Our Professional Services team is the primary contact and trusted partner for our client’s onboarding to our solutions, ensuring they are engaged, happy, and fully utilizing ComplianceAlpha. We manage the onboarding elements of the post-sales process while developing strong working relationships with key clients and internal stakeholders across ACA’s organization.
The Client Implementation Specialist is responsible for providing expertise and solutions while working with ACA ComplianceAlpha clients to ensure the highest levels of client satisfaction throughout the onboarding process. ACA believes that we can deliver the world’s best GRC software to our blue-chip financial services client base of over 3,500 firms. We are seeking top talent to join us in our journey to build and deliver “The SalesForce of Governance, Risk, and Compliance”.
- Must reside in: NYC Tri-State, Pittsburgh, Chattanooga, Medford, OR, Portland, Maine, Boston
- Must be able to go into one of these offices 2 days/week (Hybrid)
What you’ll do:
- Own the post-sales onboarding experience for all ComplianceAlpha clients. Onboard new clients and/or existing clients who have signed on for additional ComplianceAlpha modules
- Drive Professional Service strategies and work collaboratively to help clients roadmap a solution to achieve their compliance goals, ultimately leading to a successful onboarding and expansion of ComplianceAlpha
- Customer Evangelist: Understand your clients, and act as their internal ComplianceAlpha advocate to influence existing and new product functionality to the product and engineering teams
- Execute strategic initiatives to build the Onboarding function and better the PS organization as a whole
- Work with multiple teams across ACA to ensure a professional client experience while onboarding to ComplianceAlpha
- Identifying opportunities for growth and expansion within the ComplianceAlpha platform
To qualify for this role you must have:
- 2-4 years of Professional Services, Account Management, or Relationship Management experience at a financial software company.
- Demonstrate relationship management and churn prevention skills, and the ability to engage clients on new products and features.
- Excellent executive level verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Tech-savvy experience, having successfully leveraged technology to achieve customer success goals.
- Entrepreneurial drive with proven ability to thrive in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
- Team worker supporting others and establishing close bonds.
- Amazing organization and attention to detail.
- Empathetic, positive attitude with a desire to help our customers reach their goals.
