SSGA is the investment management arm of State Street Corporation, one of the world’s leading providers of financial services to institutions. SSGA’s Client Coverage Group (CCG) is responsible for all institutional client facing activities globally, including new business development, relationship management, client service and client on-boarding.
In this role you will work closely with the our CCG Client Relationship Managers to service and support our Client Access Portal and our existing client relationships. You will work alongside the Investment Operations and Information Technology teams to support the client’s interaction with the Portal. You will interact directly with our clients to coordinate the sourcing of information and documentation to enable/sign-up users and provide support with queries raised via the Portal and have the opportunity to help craft our ongoing client servicing model and improve our existing processes regarding client service and engagement.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Acting as an initial point of contact for clients regarding Portal and other inbound inquiries.
- Facilitating user configuration and troubleshooting Portal access.
- Overseeing the inquiry management process including both responding directly and facilitating SME responses.
- Capture enhancement suggestions for the Portal from both internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide demos and training to support Portal rollout.
- Provide Client Services support for client facing activities in NA.
- Contribute to client satisfaction and retention via outstanding client service capability.
- Act with urgency ensuring any client issues are appropriately raised.

Qualifications And What We Value
- 3 years of financial services industry experience in Investment Operations, Client Service, or general Asset Management.
- Graduate and above preferably in Finance.
- Excellent communication skills in English required - both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and detail-orientation.
- Analytical and research skills.
- Ability to quickly problem solve in demanding environment.
- Handle difficult relationships or situations with appropriate care and responsiveness.
- Able to manage multiple simultaneous tasks in a high pressure, deadline-driven environment.

Salary Range
$65,000 - $102,500 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
