About The Role
As a Business Systems Analyst, you’ll act as the voice of the customer to ensure that our teams continue to deliver more best-in-breed products that advance the way we pay, bank and invest. You’ll work as part of a team in an agile setting and must be a self- motivated, proactive, and out-of-the-box thinker.
About The Team
You’ll have an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, experienced, and collaborative team and support our FIS Cash Express product. You’ll work directly with top tier banking clients while interfacing with a variety of internal teams including other business analysts, quality assurance testers, development, client services, and more.
What You Will Be Doing
- Identify strategies and improvement opportunities while also designing new solutions and reengineering processes for greater efficiency
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to identify, gather, and define business requirements
- Translate business requirements into functional solutions including identifying the scope of changes required to solve business challenges
- Define functional elements, design and test solutions, and partner with development teams
- prepare internal and client facing documentation
- Prepare and deliver presentation materials and solutions to internal and external clients either in person or remotely
What You Will Need
- Knowledge of banking or financial services industry and an understanding of end-to-end systems development life cycles
- A bachelor’s in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field of study or equivalent experience – Master’s degree is desirable
- 5+ years of business systems analysis experience
- Experience using Agile methodology for software development
- Curiosity and the ability to use critical thinking skills to discover challenges and design viable solutions

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $73,250.00 - $119,400.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
