A day in the life
As an Associate, Global Operations you will play a key role in supporting Global Operations by assisting in construction, contracting, operations, policies, and reporting activities. Your responsibilities will include helping with the development and implementation of best-operating practices and policies, driving consistent use of technology, and assisting in process improvement for innovation and efficiency. You will work closely with the Director of Operations Construction, OCM/OCC Organization, Essentials, IT, Accounting, Procurement, and CX teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assist in maintaining and developing training materials and programs for the OCM/OCC organization.
- Manage OCM/OCC Dashboards, SharePoint Site, Project Tracking Software and Document Storage Programs.
- Help implement initiatives across the OCM/OCC organization globally.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with the OCM/OCC organization, Regional leader-ship, and cross-functional teams.
- Contract, process, track status, and report on roofing projects globally. This involves coordination with the solar, energy, and regional/market level teams.
- Running and analyzing reports on a regular basis and following up on anomalies.
- Provide support to ensure a solid understanding of different market nuances and assist in finding creative solutions with local teams.
- Deliver exceptional customer service through proactive and responsive service to regional teams.
Building blocks for success
Required:
- 2+ years’ experience in construction management and operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to use data effectively.
- Detailed understanding of Prologis Operations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, with a sense of urgency and follow-through.
- Concise and clear communication (oral and written).
- Comfort with ambiguity, capable of working independently.
- Positive, proactive work ethic and attention to detail.
- Proficient knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe).
Preferred:
- Expert proficiency at Prologis platforms; Project Tracker, Yardi, Sigma, Peoplesoft, Smartsheet, BUD, SITE, Roof Manager, Safety Mojo, Avetta, etc.
Hiring Salary Range of: $71,000 - $107,000. Salary to be determined by the candidate’s location, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. This role is also eligible for Prologis’ commission plan.
