Our Recruiting Team is responsible for hiring for Lazard’s Asset Management and Corporate business areas. We hire professionals for all types of roles; Investment, IT, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and more. We are a lean, high-impact and very client-facing team.
As a valued member of our team, we’ll trust you to:
- Recruit for roles varying in experience level and skill set
- Build influential relationships with our hiring managers
- Proactively source for talent on LinkedIn and maintain candidate pipeline for reoccurring positions.
- Own the recruitment process end to end (writing JDs, screening, interviewing, scheduling, offers, etc.).
- Contribute to global recruitment projects and advocate for recruitment technology enhancement.
- Be a consultative partner to the business and go-to SME.
- Demonstrate passionate commitment to our HR team, and to supporting and growing our business.
- Be a brand ambassador for the firm at recruiting-focused events and engagements.
You will need to have:
- 5 or more years of full cycle Recruiting experience (ideally with a mix of in house and agency)
- Ability to switch gears quickly and manage volume in our dynamic environment
- Advanced sourcing abilities, with particular emphasis on converting LinkedIn prospects into candidates and hires
- Knowledge of and/or interest in Markets and Investing
- Demonstrated ability to successfully partner with the business and influence hiring decisions
- Passionate commitment to hiring underrepresented talent via sourcing, partnerships, and more
- Exceptional EQ and professional presence in order to be client-facing and manage high-tough and senior clients and candidates
- Outstanding judgement and relationship management skills

We expect the base salary range for this role to be approximately $130,000 - $150,000 USD. Various factors contribute to determining the actual base compensation offered, including but not limited to the applicant’s years of relevant experience, career tenure, qualifications, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, relevant skills for the role. Base salary is one component of Lazard Asset Management’s compensation package, which also includes comprehensive benefits and may include incentive compensation.
