We are hiring for a Finance Manager to support Marketing.
About the Role
In this opportunity as a Finance Manager, Marketing, you will:
- Build strong relationships with business management and serve as a key member of the management team who adds value to the decision making process.
- Align marketing targets with segments and subsegments
- Drive prioritization to maximize marketing effectiveness across segments, major funnels & product lines
- Influence and improve internal operational efficiencies to enable clear articulation of marketing achievements
- Support optimization of cost between sales and marketing
- Review and analyze performance management reporting of actual monthly results and variances for Marketing Attributed Sales, Expense, Headcount, and other KPIs.
- Align Marketing to sales and revenue
- Support and/or prepare business plans/business case analysis for new projects or initiatives, working closely with cross functional groups to agree on planning assumptions, scope, and objectives.
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis to support business decisions relating but limited to ROI and special projects.
- Build financial models using data from financial systems and other sources, to support business decisions and the execution of strategic and tactical initiatives.
- Prepare business presentations/briefing papers for local, regional, and/or global management.
- Provide support to SOX compliance.
- Work closely with Services Center/Central Finance on reporting and compliance. Provide input to ad hoc projects within Finance and the business as required.
About You
You’re a fit for the role of Finance Manager, Marketing, if your background includes:
- 7+ years of experience in Finance
- 3+ years of experience leading a global team
- Bachelors degree or higher preferred
- Proactive, very organized, ability to multitask, managing time and competing priorities in a dynamic environment
- Strategic and critical thinker
- Self-starter with proven ability to work autonomously, collaborate and influence key leaders within the context of a complex, matrix organization to drive results
- Ability to manage a team/team members and develop staff ensuring cohesiveness, collaboration and clear linking of objectives and outcomes
- Familiarity with accounting and financial reporting

The base compensation range varies across locations.
For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $99,400 - $184,600.
This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
