John Hancock's Long-Term Care division is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support emerging work in its Anti-Fraud, Waste and Abuse Program. This team focuses on implementing customer-facing fraud controls that won't negatively impact customer experience and generate savings.
We are looking for someone to perform complex research and analysis of small to medium business initiatives as well as identify, document, and analyze complex processing, service and/or technical improvement opportunities. Business initiatives may also include implementations of new technologies and new product implementations.
Working within LTC Customer Care Transformation, you will be applying agile methodologies, you will work in a Team-of-Team structure working closely with IT, Advanced Analytics, Human Center Design and Legal to optimize the LTC inforce business by achieving savings targets.
Position Responsibilities
Collaborate with multiple IT partners to Translate design, document, refine, deliver and play point on Business requirements for our document analytics solutions and LTC Storefront customer facing solutions.
Perform scrum master duties with regards to leading certain ceremonies and removing technical blockers for the team
Collaborate with actuaries on reporting and tying customer behavior to fraud waste and abuse savings.
Play the role of translator connecting the opportunity of advanced analytics capabilities to identify and prevent fraud, waste and abuse.
Required Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in a related field, preferably financial services institution.
Comfortability with reporting or past experience with development process of software.
Background in an Agile work environment.
Experience writing, monitoring, and owning the requirements process. Taking initiative and following through is key.

Salary range is expected to be between
$71,550.00 USD - $119,250.00 USD
