What is the Position? Evercore seeks to hire an Analyst for its Private Funds Group located in New York City focusing on GP-led transactions.
Primary Responsibilities: GP Advisory Analysts will be generalists and help execute on fundraises for institutional clients across private equity, private credit and infrastructure / real assets. You will be involved throughout the full fundraising process covering pre-mandate fund analysis and due diligence, preparation of marketing materials, development and execution of marketing strategy, interaction with target investors and securing of fund commitments. Specific Qualifications:
- Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills, both written and verbal
- Strong quantitative skills and acute attention to detail
- Mastery in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
- Candidate will be able to demonstrate a high level of initiative and self-motivation and must be able to work independently, across a variety of responsibilities and at a fast pace
- Private equity fundraising experience is not necessary, but candidate must be enthusiastic about the private equity industry and demonstrate a capacity to learn quickly
- Enthusiastic, outgoing, and achievement-oriented character
- Candidates with 0-1+ years of professional experience preferred

Expected Base Salary Range: $120,000-$140,000
