About the Team:
The Accounting & Finance Department is a highly visible department with a team-based approach to managing the accounting and finance responsibilities for worldwide operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Invoice preparation for approximately 1,000 clients
- Respond to billing inquiries in an accurate and timely manner
- Manage customer accounts, including, but not limited to collections, write-offs and unbilled balances
- Develop an understanding of the business, the client base, the fee structure and the deliverables as these impact billing, cash receipts, revenue, financial and managerial reporting
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent 2 years accounting and analytical experience preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients and interact with teams across the organization and individuals at all levels
- Strong organizational and administrative skills and a keen attention to detail
- Ability to work in a professional services environment
- Ability to protect sensitive and confidential material
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel, Access skills a plus
- Experience with an accounting information/ERP system a plus
- Must be eligible to work without sponsorship or restriction in the US, now or in the future
