The opportunity: The Sun Life Marketing Operations team has an entry-level opening for a Product Marketing Associate. In this role you will support our ever-expanding marketing library, be our go-to expert for our internal project management tool and help bring new and exciting content to our distribution teams and Clients.
Hours: 8:00 AM to 5 PM EST
How you will contribute:
- Intake and track product marketing requests and activities
- Act as lead for maintaining and improving internal processes through our project management platform
- Manage the update process of Life, Absence, Disability and Supplemental Health inventory of content, including compliance reviews, creative services, and delivery to marketing digital platform
- Write internal communications to promote available marketing content to our distribution and service teams
- Support product and distribution marketing leads with large-scale and/or fast-moving deliverables
- Proofread content
- Handle a variety of marketing tasks as assigned including social media content development
What you will need to succeed:
- Ability to work with a diverse range of people
- Strong organization and project management skills
- Strong writing and proofreading skills, supporting our plain language objectives
- Attention to detail and process
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances or shifting priorities
- Ability to navigate a changing, fast-paced environment
Required Education and Skills:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in Marketing an added plus, or equivalent experience
- Must be a curious self-starter with strong initiative--ideal candidate is action oriented and energetic who seizes opportunities and challenges.
- Internship or other experience that demonstrates interest for marketing or sales.
- Solid level proficiency using MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Adobe PDF

Salary Range: $56,300-$76,000 annually
