General Summary and Purpose:
Victory Solutions manages over $60B in assets across multi-asset, multi-manager, active quantitative and rules-based strategies. The firm's ETF business, VictoryShares, sits within Victory Solutions as well.
Join us as a Senior Analyst at Victory Solutions. In this role, you'll be an integral part of our Portfolio Management Team focusing on portfolio construction and implementation. This team oversees daily portfolio management and investment operations for Victory’s rules-based and index solutions, in addition to active equity strategies. As a Senior Analyst, you will assist in multiple aspects of investment research, data collection, portfolio trading and communications across the platform. You will take on a broad range of assignments and grow with a dynamic and expanding organization.
You will report to the Portfolio Manager, Head of Portfolio Implementation.
You Will:
- Conduct daily trade decisions across all Victory Solutions strategies and VictoryShares ETFs.
- Implement trades in response to create, redeem, rebalance, and corporate action activity for all VictoryShares ETFs and active/passive Victory Solutions strategies to include mutual funds, model delivery and separately managed accounts.
- Lead data related projects including portfolio attributions, custom analysis to respond to client inquiries, provide proactive product support in a time sensitive environment and other ad-hoc product requests
- Conduct investment analysis on various investment portfolios including competitor analysis, asset class characteristics, portfolio construction and positioning to support the needs of the portfolio manager or portfolio strategist
- Provide support on RFPs as well as written commentaries on multiple investment products
- Assist portfolio managers by providing timely investment insights including risk reporting, quantitative investment signal updates, and broad macro-economic research
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and influencers across the organization
You Have:
- Strong understanding of securities including equities, fixed income, futures, and options.
- Experience of Microsoft Excel (i.e., can perform complex functions).
- Demonstrated you are a self-starter and problem-solver who is comfortable dealing in fast paced environments.
- Quantitative orientation; comfort with manipulating, scaling, and analyzing large datasets.
- Ability to articulate new ideas and influence others to gain support.
- Demonstrated track record of thought leadership and driving strong performance results.
And Any of The Following:
- 3+ years of proven investment-related experience
- Working proficiency of Charles River, FactSet, Bloomberg or Morningstar Direct.
- Rules or model-based investing, indexing, or ETF experience.
- A CFA charter holder or working towards the CFA designation.

Target Compensation:
The target base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $125,000.
Salaries are determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees, and certifications.
Victory Capital Management operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and total compensation may vary based on role, location, department and individual performance.
Victory Capital Management’s total compensation package includes the opportunity for annual compensation bonuses and/or commissions and a generous benefits package.
