Your opportunity
You will:
Supervise and manage day-to-day workflow and staff for one or more specific function(s) in accordance with departmental guidelines which include:
- Phone Operations – Phone support for direct retail fund shareholders
- Processing Operations – Processing direct retail fund shareholder transactions and Intermediary back office manual/non-automated transactions.
- Exception Operations - Supports problem research and resolution for direct retail fund shareholders and Intermediaries who utilize the Fund/SERV automated trading system.
- Support Operations – Phone and Back Office staff training and quality assurance. Supports Regulatory Communications (shareholder statements, tax form production and other regulatory mailings).
- Assist staff by researching and resolving complex problems ensuring customer/client satisfaction.
- Evaluate employee performance, assesses training needs and assists in the development of the team. Provides performance feedback to staff.
- Make recommendations regarding hiring, termination, salary actions and other departmental procedures.
- May partner with manager in forecasting staffing.
- Analyze and communicate performance trends to management and make recommendations for improvement in an effort to enhance quality, efficiency, and the client experience.
- Analyze and identify workflow gaps and technology needs; create business case recommendations to management on enhancements; implement changes.
- Partner with various departments and/or vendors on problem identification and resolution or projects as needed.
- Handle escalation of difficult calls and complaints ensuring customer satisfaction within company policy.
- Track staff PTO, payroll and performance information.
- Maintain or excees internal and external quality as defined by departmental standards.
- May assist in managing department projects.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned.
Supervisory responsibilities
Technical Skills And Qualifications
- High School or GED required; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- One-year supervisory experience preferred
- Mutual funds/financial services experience or equivalent preferred
- FINRA Series 6, 63 licensed
- FINRA Series 26 (Principal) license preferred

Compensation information
The base salary range for this position is $75,000- $85,000. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. This role will remain open through March 31, 2025.

Annual Bonus Opportunity: Position is eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus award from the profit pool. The profit pool is funded based on Company profits. Individual bonuses are determined based on Company, department, team and individual performance.
