Sales Operations Specialist
As the Sales Operations Specialist, you will be the main point of contact for the AMERICAS sales teams, ensuring everyday operational tasks run smoothly and efficiently in support of achieving sales targets. You will be instrumental in providing insights to AMERICAS Sales Leadership on their sales team’s performance and maintaining the best environment possible for our sales teams to reach their objectives. You will contribute greatly to developing a data driven approach with improved forecasting, reporting and dashboarding.
What You'll Do
- Quote to Cash Administration: Oversee the smooth execution of quote-to-cash processes, ensuring quotes and orders comply with internal policies and are properly approved.
- Contract Administration: Assist sales reps in locating legal agreements and working with Legal to create and track custom contracts.
- Salesforce Administration & Tech Stack: Provide day-to-day Salesforce support, maintain data integrity, and collaborate on process automation. Investigate and resolve issues and provide findings to ad hoc questions asked by sales teams.
- Sales Process & Analytics: Support and optimize the sales process, develop reports and dashboards for forecasting and pipeline health, and analyse sales performance metrics.
- Sales Support/Enablement: Offer operational support to the sales team, maintain sales resources, and provide training for sales tools and processes.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or related fields, ideally within a technology-driven environment.
- Mastery of Salesforce with strong admin skills. Experience with sales enablement tools is a plus;
- Strong knowledge of quote-to-cash processes, contract administration, and billing cycles.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to manage large sets of data, perform data health checks, and create meaningful reports and dashboards.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to educate and train others.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
