This position oversees ACA’s Managed Services Anti-Money Laundering (AML) team. The Director is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of client AML engagements, developing and sustaining client relationships, and developing and overseeing ACA staff. The individual will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the delivery of the firm’s products and services, ensuring high levels of client service and demonstrating high levels of technical competence across a wide range of areas applicable to our clients.
What you’ll do:
- Responsible for the operations of the department.
- Formally supervise, train, evaluate, oversee, and provide feedback to colleagues in a supervisory capacity. Support and lead the communication of key messages to Managed Services.
- Manage and support thought leadership and other initiatives to promote ACA’s sales and marketing efforts.
- Demonstrating a commercial awareness such that additional ACA Group services can be promoted for the benefit of clients where appropriate (via referrals to dedicated sales representatives)
- Develop, assess and report metrics
- Oversee client relationships to ensure a positive client experience to include, onboarding new clients, setting scope and workflow expectations, answering questions
- Manage initiatives and special projects to improve efficiencies and streamline department processes, administration, systems, tools and technology.
- Develop and implement plans and objectives for the department in an effective and innovative fashion
- Other tasks and duties as assigned.
To Qualify for the role, you will have:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 10 years’ relevant industry experience
- 5 years+ of supervisory experience
