Job Title: Treasury Operations Associate
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain sufficient liquidity to optimize cash flow while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Supervise the settlement and reconciliation processes for repos and foreign exchange transactions.
- Manage the reconciliation of repos and resolve fails across clearing brokers and repo counterparties.
- Collaborate with accounting, operations, and repo desk to gather cash flow inputs and ensure daily account funding is accurate and efficient.
- Oversee collateral management across counterparties and financial products, including ISDA agreements, repos, and futures.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new counterparty relationships.
- Support portfolio managers and internal teams by executing treasury-related ad-hoc requests and initiatives.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of relevant professional experience.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Meticulous attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy.

Salary Range: $100,000 USD - $125,000 USD
