Job Description
Position Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced TV Producer to join our team for a special anniversary project. This project will involve producing compelling and nostalgic pieces by creatively cutting, curating, and repurposing archival footage, interviews, and past episodes to highlight the legacy and impact of the show. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in television production, a passion for storytelling, and an eye for detail when working with archival content.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a short term position with an estimated duration of 3 months, unless otherwise amended or terminated as deliverables within this project are completed.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the production of special anniversary episodes and segments, ensuring they align with the vision and tone of the TV show.
- Curate and edit archival footage, creating cohesive and engaging narratives that celebrate the history and milestones of the show.
- Collaborate with directors, editors, writers, and the creative team to conceptualize and develop story arcs and special segments.
- Source, organize, and manage archival material, ensuring all rights and usage permissions are in place.
- Work closely with the production team to coordinate logistics, schedules, and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of the project.
- Maintain a high standard of quality, creativity, and consistency in all content produced.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the production process, ensuring smooth execution.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a TV Producer, preferably with experience working on special projects, anniversary content, or documentary-style productions.
- Strong proficiency in editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Avid Media Composer, Final Cut Pro) and familiarity with archival research and rights management.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and the ability to craft emotionally resonant content.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a variety of team members and talent.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in archival research and working with vintage or historical footage.
- Familiarity with media rights and clearances for archival content.
- Background in documentary or special event programming.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
