What you'll do
You will take an entrepreneurial approach to build on what has become an industry-leading industrials franchise, servicing many of the top firms and industrial pods on Wall Street. The Sector Head will lead the sector's content growth strategy and manage a team of analysts and associates. You will run key research events and market our team’s high-conviction ideas to top hedge fund clientele. You will receive a commission for public and private equity business development efforts. You will also have equity upside tied to personal and sector performance.
What we're looking for
We’re seeking an entrepreneurial, intensely intellectually curious, and ambitious candidate who is passionate about markets and primary research. We want someone who can improve our industry-leading industrial primary research product and manage a team. Ideally, the candidate will have buy-side experience, familiarity with channel work, expert network calls, and a strong buy-side network. The individual will lead client engagement and business development efforts for industrials and drive the general sector growth strategy. We want to find a high-performing individual and strategic thinker obsessed with improving our research product and platform.
