As a Technical Sourcer, you will report directly to the Technical Recruiting Manager and support hiring in Engineering, Trading and IT. In this role, you will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to identify, engage, and attract top-tier technical talent. As an expert at building pipeline, you will adjust to our exceptionally high hiring standards and develop effective strategies to engage talent at that level. You will contribute more broadly to firm-wide talent strategy and sourcing-related processes and initiatives. Responsibilities
- Source and engage top technical talent in Engineering, and related fields, leveraging various sourcing methods (Boolean search, LinkedIn, GitHub, networking, etc.)
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies
- Map the talent market and provide insights into industry trends, competitor hiring strategies, and candidate availability
- Conduct outreach and initial candidate engagement, effectively communicating the company’s value proposition
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate pipelines within the ATS
- Support search launches by gathering market data and developing target candidate profiles
- Assist in tracking and reporting sourcing metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
- Continuously experiment with new sourcing techniques, tools, and approaches to improve hiring efficiency
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by providing clear, timely communication throughout the sourcing process
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition, preferably within Engineering.
- Strong ability to identify and engage passive talent using a variety of sourcing methods.
- Experience partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to develop tailored sourcing strategies.
- Ability to analyze market trends and talent data to inform recruiting strategies.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Boolean search, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and a candidate-first approach to sourcing and outreach.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required).
- Authorization to work in the United States.
The base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $140,000 in the location(s) of this posting. Individual salaries are determined through a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. Base salary does not include other forms of total compensation such as bonus compensation and other benefits. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, life and AD&D insurance, 20 days of paid time off, 9 sick days, and a 401(k) plan with a company match.
