FINANCE INTEGRATION LEAD

Position Summary
The
finance integration lead is responsible for overseeing and executing finance
integration processes, ensuring seamless transitions and alignment with Focus
Partners’ goals. This role is pivotal in driving efficiency and coordination
during partner firm financial integrations. The integration lead is expected to
have familiarity with processes, systems and best practices of the Finance function.
Primary Responsibilities
- Integration
Management: Lead
and manage finance integration projects, including planning, coordinating,
and executing integration activities to ensure timely and efficient
transitions.
- Stakeholder
Collaboration: Work
closely with Focus HQ, onboarding & integrations team,
cross-functional Focus Partners hub and partner firm stakeholders,
including finance, IT, operations, senior management, etc. to align
integration objectives and deliverables.
- System Familiarity: Utilize and
leverage knowledge of existing finance systems and processes to ensure
smooth integration and minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
- Risk Management: Identify
potential integration-related risks and develop mitigation strategies to
address integration challenges.
- Reporting and
Documentation: Maintain
comprehensive documentation of integration activities, progress, and
outcomes. Provide regular updates to senior management and other key
stakeholders.
- Due Diligence Site
Visits:
Facilitate due diligence site visits to document operational and
technology strategy, organizational structures, and current state business
processes and supporting technology
- On-Site Integration
Visits: Travel to various locations (10-20% travel) to oversee and support
integration activities on-site.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7+ years related experience
- Proven track record
of managing complex finance integration projects.
- Strong understanding
of finance systems, processes, and best practices.
- Excellent project
management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and
deadlines.
- Exceptional
communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate
effectively with diverse teams.

This position is an Exempt role. The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $150,000 - $160,000/yr. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed and the applicant's skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
