- eds.Conduct market benchmarking, analyze compensation surveys, and provide data-driven insights to inform pay structures, incentive plans, and thoughtful pay decisi
- ons.Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compensation practices remain compliant and competit

Plan Administra
- tion:Assist in managing and administering base salary structures and short- and long-term incentive programs for a diverse set of roles across the enterp
- rise.Evaluate and recommend modifications to incentive plans to drive performance and align with business object
- ives.Ensure effective administration of compensation policies, practices, and proce
sses.
Compliance & Repo
- rting:Ensure adherence to all relevant regulatory requirements and other industry-specific guide
- lines.Support pay equity analyses and compliance with internal governance and external reporting stan
- dards.Contribute to annual compensation review process, ensuring thoughtful outcomes and alignment with budgetary constr

Qualific
- ations:Education: Bachelor’s degree strongly pre
- ferred.Experience: 3-5 years of experience in compensation consulting or corporate compensation, preferably within the asset management or financial services in
- dustry.Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, MarketPay) and HRIS systems (e.g., Wo
- rkday).Strong knowledge of compensation principles, job evaluation methodologies, and incentive plan
- design.Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation
skills.
Preferred
- Skills:Experience with sales and incentive compensation
