As Head of Experience Programs for Consumer Advocacy, you will play a leading role in bringing colleagues together to co-create experiences with our Guardian consumers across the lines of business. You will lead and develop a team of Experience Program Leads. You will partner cross-functionally to drive the CX Operating Model. You and your team will drive the Guardian Experience and bring Consumer Advocacy resources together in support of the co-creation strategy. You will govern experience initiatives to CX best practice standards, inspire teams to design experiences with an innovative, inclusive and contemporary approach, lead journey mapping workshops, create personas, and assist business partners with identifying metrics used to measure improvements.

You Have
- Prior experience leading a successful team.
- Demonstrated success partnering with team members to execute and complete initiatives.
- An eagerness to drive significant business impact and outcomes, while staying deeply engaged.
- Outstanding verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Great attention to detail.
- Insurance and financial experience desired with demonstrated understanding of product landscape.
- Journey mapping skills desired (but not required).
- PMP or comparable certification (a plus, but not required).
- Working knowledge of the insurance industry and Guardian products.
You Will
- Successfully drive co-creation with consumers by leading your team and partnering with key stakeholders on experience initiatives.
- Bring together Guardian teams around a common goal.
- Govern consumer experience initiatives to best practice standards.
- Thread behavioral science throughout the process.
- Deliver personas and journey map packages that clearly articulate consumer needs.
- Lead cross functional program meetings and effectively documenting and communicate program status, achievements, and key results.
- Be a mentor a team of Program Experience Leads driving adherence to CX best practices elevating the Experience Programs team to a Center of Excellence.
- Monitor industry dynamics to revise initiatives based on competitive landscape, as needed.

Salary Range:
$124,120.00 - $203,905.00
The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
