The Opportunity
Bring your expertise to a highly collaborative and innovative enterprise SaaS startup with a market-leading technology product suite. We are seeking a motivated RevOps Manager to join our Strategy & Operations team and play a pivotal role in designing and executing the processes, tools, and strategies that will enable Chronograph to continue scaling rapidly.
This position will report to the Director of Strategy & Analytics, with engagement across the organization. You will work closely with stakeholders across Sales, Account Management, Marketing, and Finance to streamline our revenue processes and drive GTM insights with a focus on process design, tech stack refinement, and robust analytics.

As a RevOps Manager at Chronograph, you will:
- Drive revenue data for Marketing, Sales, and Account Management teams, optimizing revenue processes and enhancing operational efficiency.
- Admin our CRM platform (HubSpot) and other revenue tech and marketing tech stacks.
- Work closely with Finance to manage end-to-end Order to Cash processes, ensuring timely and accurate order processing, billing, and revenue recognition.
- Leverage data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions, track performance metrics, and provide regular reporting to executive leadership.
- Process optimization: Develop, implement, and maintain processes that improve effectiveness across the revenue cycle, creating scalable processes from lead generation to deal close to support growth.
- Surface opportunities for workflow automation or process improvements that reduce friction and expedite deals.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
- Three to five (3-5) years of professional experience, in RevOps or a similar role at a high-growth SaaS business.
- Proficiency with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Robust analytical skills (e.g., Excel, SQL).
- Experience with ERP tools (e.g., NetSuite).
- Strong understanding of Order to Cash processes and how they intersect with sales and finance.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to generate actionable insights from raw data.
- Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate across departments and manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
