Job Title: Associate, Sustainability Product Marketing

Job Duties: Build commercial momentum around Aladdin Sustainability products and offerings. Develop and deliver go to market planning for new product offerings in the Aladdin Sustainability product remit. Partner with public-facing marketing teams to accelerate new commercial channels and targeted marketing campaigns. Publish case studies to highlight the value proposition of Aladdin’s sustainability offering. Drive planning and participation of Aladdin Sustainability in public-facing events. Drive client/user value and adoption of Aladdin Sustainability product suite amongst existing clients. Drive adoption through targeted engagement with strategic clients. Support and enable client-facing organization to own new delivery channels for Aladdin Sustainability product offerings. Establish a framework for measuring the value of Aladdin Sustainability products. Define compelling narratives and use cases to articulate the value of Aladdin Sustainability products. Combine internal and external feedback to inform commercial and product strategy. Execute marketing campaigns for all high-value product deliverables and enhancements. Inform client engagement and adoption strategy with user adoption metrics. Scale end user education and service model around Aladdin Sustainability product suite. Design and implement scaled marketing content to decrease client acquisition and onboarding cost. Update and enhance repository of Aladdin Sustainability content delivered through Aladdin client sites.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered, Analyst, or other related occupation involving the following: 1. Quantitative role within investment management (Asset Management or Asset Owners), risk management, portfolio management solutions, consulting, or investment banking; 2. Data Proficiency: Proven track record of utilizing data analysis tools such as Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) SQL, and PowerBI to query and analyze data and produce reporting; 3. Climate Knowledge and Market Acumen: Strong knowledge of climate and decarbonization strategies and analytics—including emissions disclosure frameworks (e.g., TCFD), target-setting methodologies (e.g., SBTi, NZAM), approaches to decarbonization, and management and analytics around the physical and transition risks of climate change; 4. Marketing software and techniques including Eloqua for scaled email outreach and Paligo for marketing content management.

For New York, NY Only the salary range for this position is USD$120,300.00 - USD$155,000.00 . Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including heath care, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance.
