Job Summary:
Monroe Capital is seeking an energetic person with strong written and oral communication skills, data computation skills, strong interpersonal skills and analytic ability to join Monroe Capital as we continue to grow and expand our business. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your responsibilities and career with Monroe Capital. All activities of the role will primarily support management of Monroe’s investor service efforts.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
• Completing RFPs, DDQs and other various questions independently
• Maintenance and presentation of information across various products, funds and markets
• Timely coordinate with clients on general information requests and quarterly reporting
• Work with management and accounting to compile performance data and communicate data to both existing and potential investors
• Work with management to compile the Monroe’s quarterly updates for existing investors
• Establish quality control procedures for sharing key data points across the organization
• Maintain an understanding of industry/market trends
• Updating and keeping various systems up to date
Requirements
Position Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Business-related degree
• 4-6 years of directly relevant experience
Preferred Skills/Experience:
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects and deadlines well
• Well-organized self-starter with high energy, creativity and thoughtfulness
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail, desire to succeed and be entrepreneurial
• Ability to work within a team
• Familiarity with Loopio, Seismic and CRM systems are beneficial
Compensation: It is expected that the base salary range for this position will be $130,000-$165,000. Actual salaries may vary based on factors such as skills, experience, and qualifications for the role. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial and / or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits such as vacation, sick time and parental leave) dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, the employee will be in an ‘at-will position’ and the Firm reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time including for reasons related to individual performance, Firm or individual department / team performance and market factors.
