What You Will Be Responsible For
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives for the Global Markets Research platform, including the client-facing Insights portal and the internal-only Insights Lab domain, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs
- Oversee the development, innovation, and continuous improvement of the platform, integrating cutting-edge technologies to enhance functionality and user experience
- Act as the primary liaison between the technology team, research experts, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless communication, project alignment, and timely delivery
- Partner with internal teams and subject area experts to identify market trends, client demands, and business opportunities
- Lead, mentor, and manage an interdisciplinary team of experts in quantitative and product/design specialties, fostering an innovative and productive high-performance culture
- Drive innovation within the research platform to maintain a competitive edge, ensuring the delivery of differentiated products
- Maintain and effectively use internal business analytics to drive conversations with senior business representatives and salespeople about increased client engagement and success
- Ensure clear information sharing and promotion of new features, and ensure platform operations and developments comply with all internal and external requirements

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Financial Services with a track record of managing research-related platforms or financial technology products preferred
- Master’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related quantitative field preferred
- Expertise in product management and cross-functional collaboration, ideally including interfacing with technology teams in a financial services context
- Strong familiarity with technology platforms, data management tools, detail-oriented data analytics methods, and software development processes
- Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate small teams in a results-driven environment
- Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills together with the ability to solve problems creatively and win support from key stakeholders

Salary Range
$170,000 - $282,500 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
