The Vice President of Sales & Distribution Technology Product Management will be instrumental in envisioning and delivering the strategic roadmap to power the Sales and Distribution teams directly enabling the top line. The role seeks a dynamic and results-oriented leader with intensive subject matter expertise in data and analytics and a proven track record of delivering CRM, Sales and Marketing solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead CRM and Distribution product strategy across Wealth and Institutional businesses globally, driving roadmap planning and prioritization aligned with overarching business goals
- Partner with stakeholders across Sales and Distribution, Marketing, Engineering, Operations, Compliance and Legal to drive high quality delivery of the roadmap
- Harness data and analytics capabilities to drive client segmentation; build predictive analytics to enhance sales strategies by generating actionable insights
- Unlock CRM platform capabilities to capture sales interactions and advisor behavior, and generate insights to inform and improve sales coverage strategies
- Deliver reports, dashboards and KPIs for sales productivity and marketing campaign performance, thus enabling metrics-driven performance management approach
- Design robust and extensible data models, standardize and streamline processes and solution adoption; drive data governance protocols, assume stewardship of data integrity and compliance
- Harness the power of AI to increase sales productivity by identifying and automating repeated tasks including research into prospective advisors
- Promote agile development methodologies, enabling sprint planning and daily stand-up routines and a mindset of regular, incremental deliverables, and ability to incorporate user feedback and evolving requirements
- Drive stakeholder communications, surfacing risks and influencing resolution and decision making
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, business, engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of industry experience in data-driven marketing, including within financial services
- Expert in data strategy and data architecture design, and experience delivering scalable and extensible solutions that span multiple businesses and jurisdictions
- Deep expertise in Salesforce or other similar CRM; certification is an added advantage
- Hands-on experience with BI and analytics tools such as Tableau
- Commercial and data-driven decision maker, deeply analytical, critical thinker
- Experienced in managing vendor budgets and relationships and focused on qualitative and quantitative vendor SLAs
- Strong program management skills and experience in successfully delivering complex projects
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, with a pragmatic mindset to adapt and apply to an organization’s unique context
- Intrinsically motivated self-starter seeking a fast-paced and rapidly evolving organization
- Team player who enjoys building trusted partnerships with colleagues and stakeholders
- Superior communicator and professional presentation skills

Salary Range: $225,000.00-$275,000.00/year
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. Also eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
