Position Summary:
We are seeking a Digital Communications Associate with 3-4 years of experience, preferably in an agency setting, to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain a comprehensive content calendar.
- Develop and curate high-quality content for social media platforms and our website.
- Selection of photos and the development of simple designed assets like YouTube thumbnails.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics for organic and paid media campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in digital communications.
Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of experience in digital communications, ideally within an agency environment.
- Proven experience in managing content calendars and developing engaging content for social media and blogs.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Experience with reporting and analyzing metrics related to digital media performance, including social media management tools, website analytics, and major self-serve ad platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Experience with design software (e.g. Canva, Photoshop).
- Familiarity with financial services, or other highly regulated industries, is a plus.
