The impact you will have in this role:
As the Business Process Improvement Director, you will play a crucial role in automating and optimizing processes across various artifacts within our team. You will work closely with key partners to develop integrated views and roadmaps, create end-to-end integrated plans, and enhance client communications.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement automated processes to generate dynamic views across various artifacts, ensuring seamless toggling between business strategy roadmaps, budget demand planning, client roadmaps, and execution status
- Build and maintain integrated views and roadmaps to manage dependencies between businesses effectively
- Create, maintain, and publish dynamic client dashboards to various forums, ensuring they are up-to-date and accessible
- Develop and oversee dynamic processes for identifying and managing new opportunities in collaboration with business partners
- Increase the frequency and automation of team and business-level communications, including tracking objectives and key results
- Explore opportunities to automate, streamline, and leverage materials from existing processes to improve efficiency
- Use AI and other tools to conduct frequent quality checks on portfolio-level reporting, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Mitigate risk by following established procedures, spotting key errors and demonstrating strong ethical behavior
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience
Talents Needed for Success:
- Demonstrated experience in business process improvement, process automation, or a related field, with a strong track record of managing and optimizing business processes
- Strong understanding of business strategy roadmaps, budget demand planning, and client roadmaps, along with proficiency in tools such as Power BI, JIRA, and other relevant software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess team capacity, identify thematic trends, and generate insights from various metrics
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with key partners to develop integrated views and roadmaps
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to build and manage dynamic new opportunities and intake processes in partnership with the business
The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
