As a valued member of the Enterprise Finance team, the Transformation Lead will be responsible and accountable for driving solutions and optimizing processes on behalf of the Enterprise Finance functions. They will support the key monthly & quarterly reporting and analytics through effective management of technology, data and infrastructure.
You will
- Drive the finance initiative portfolio including prioritization and associated framework, and partner with technology to deploy capacity to most critical priorities.
- Manage the core reporting platforms, including the maintenance of existing reporting, development of new reporting and associated master data required to drive business insights and analytics.
- Manage the Apptio platform and associated technology processes. Mature the platform and drive consistencies and efficiencies across the technology finance teams, while integrating the associated data and technologies with the enterprise Oracle platform.
- Partner with key stakeholders by providing valuable insights into existing processes and data, and how leveraging technology can enhance them.
- Partner with Business & Technology leadership to develop key standards and processes that govern the use of technology across key financial processes.
- Deliver strategic projects associated with driving efficiencies and aligned to Finance strategy.
- Identify and deliver opportunities that enhance processes through automation, offshoring, or elimination.
You have
- 5-10 years of finance/accounting experience and strong knowledge of financial analytics
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Finance, Accounting required.
- Experience building and maintaining master data, alternative hierarchies, BI tools, and reporting structures.
- Experience managing and using Apptio or equivalent platform is required.
- Experience using an ERP, Oracle, SmartView and OAC a plus but not required.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work additional hours during peak sessions.
- Strong Excel skills (Macros, V-lookups, etc.)
- An ability to communicate complex ideas, anticipate potential objections and make suggestions to senior management based on analysis.
Location /Travel
Hybrid role - 3 days in the office, 2 days WFH. Guardian offices located in Hudson Yards, NYC or Stamford, CT. NJ.
Occasional 0-10% Travel
Salary Range:
$129,500.00 - $212,750.00
The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
