Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced communications manager who will work and collaborate with enterprise communications leaders on critical projects and events. The role demands proven project management skills and working with global diverse colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Project Management
- Collaborate with global communications leaders to identify and prioritize communication strategies for enterprise communications team including but not limited to strategy, initiatives, projects etc. e.g., employee appreciation week
- Leading and implementing various strategic planning processes across the team
- Aid in and ensure timely completion of projects, reports, and initiatives
- Lead communication campaigns in collaboration with functional / business communication leads
- Lead virtual enterprise communication events like town halls, connects and meetings which includes-
- Collaborate with presenters on materials, consolidation of information and enhancing experience
- Partner with HR / Technology / AV services to ensure smooth execution
- Collaborate with creative team on building innovative and engaging ideas including development of videos and other creatives for the virtual engagement
- Work with global communications leadership on key announcements and event communications (pre and post)
Skills And Qualifications
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Communications and Management
- 10+ years’ experience in communication domain with a focus on project management and global stakeholder management
- Proven experience with 360-degree campaign management, event management (offline and virtual)
- Strong networking skills to collaborate across teams to deliver on projects per schedule
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

About the role: We are seeking an experienced Integrated Marketing & Communications Manager to support both external and internal communications for our organization. This role will serve as a strategic communications business partner, working closely with leadership and key stakeholders to develop and implement high-impact communication strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong project management and channel operations expertise for internal communications platforms, along with a deep understanding of external brand positioning and reputation management. The also involves supporting the CSR function with communications and project management support. The role involves a fair bit of travel and adjustable working hours.
Key responsibilities:
Internal Communications & Employee Engagement
- Act as a communications business partner to senior leaders, providing strategic guidance on internal messaging and engagement.
- Partner with support functions and external agency partners to develop and execute internal communications strategies that drive employee alignment, engagement, and culture-building initiatives.
- Manage internal communication platforms (intranet, newsletters, email, digital screens, town halls, etc.), ensuring seamless channel operations and content governance.
- Lead the planning and execution of internal events, leadership communications, and employee engagement campaigns.
- Drive change communications and employee advocacy programs to support business transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with our US business partners in planning, executing, and reporting enterprise campaigns
External Communications & Brand Reputation
- Develop and execute external brand communication strategies to enhance corporate reputation and positioning.
- Partner with the incumbent PR agency to oversee media relations, PR campaigns, executive thought leadership, and crisis communication efforts.
- Create compelling corporate messaging, press releases, speeches, and content that reinforce the company’s values and mission.
- Collaborate with our global PR & external communications team to ensure messaging and brand consistency across external-facing channels and platforms
- Monitor industry trends and provide insights to shape proactive external engagement strategies.
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) & Thought Leadership
- Develop CSR communication strategies, ensuring the company’s social impact initiatives are effectively communicated internally and externally.
- Craft storytelling narratives and content that showcase the company’s commitment to corporate citizenship.
- Partner with CSR teams and external organizations to highlight our sustainability and community engagement programs
- Supervise on-ground volunteering programs including liaison with non-profit partners and program management support
Project & Channel Operations Management
- Oversee the implementation and optimization of internal communications platforms and tools, ensuring they are effective, engaging, and accessible to employees.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to enhance the user experience and efficiency of digital communication channels.
- Track and analyze the impact of communication strategies through metrics and feedback mechanisms, continuously improving engagement and reach.
- Ensure best practices in content governance, workflows, and enterprise compliance for internal and external messaging.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- 7-10 years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, external branding, and marketing communications.
- Experience working in a Global Capability Center (GCC) or multinational organization (IT/ITes) is a strong plus.
- Proven expertise in communications business partnering, advising senior leaders on messaging and engagement strategies.
- Strong project management skills with experience in handling multiple communications campaigns, platforms, and digital tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content for diverse audiences.
- Strong understanding of corporate reputation management, media relations, and executive communications.
- Experience managing internal communication tools such as SharePoint, intranet platforms, enterprise social networks, and email automation tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and collaborate across global teams.
