We are seeking a high energy, driven salesperson whose ability to develop and engage key client relationships will contribute directly to our growth objectives. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in the retirement industry. The primary mandate is to drive sales and revenue growth for Broadridge Retirement and Workplace with a focus on Collective Investment Trust (CIT) solutions.
We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remote.
Responsibilities:
- Growth of Collective Investment Trust (CIT) solutions for Broadridge Retirement and Workplace
- Lead the sales process from origination through to close, including qualification, executive presentations, proposal development, and contract negotiation
- Collaborate with other Broadridge sales and account management teams.
- Partner with internal resources to provide the necessary expertise and support during the sales and solutioning process, including legal, finance, product, and senior management.
- Represent Broadridge at industry conferences and regional events
- Support and lead training initiatives
- Travel to prospect and client sites
Requirements:
- 10 + Years of experience in the retirement industry and/or asset management industry
- 10 + Years of experience in sales or business development
- Expertise in Collective Investment Trusts (CITs)
- Existing network of relationships in retirement and asset management
- Ability to build, foster, and maintain key relationships, including senior executive level relationships
- Proven track record of success in achieving / exceeding sales quotas
- Ability to effectively navigate complex organizations
- Excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills
- Ability to take a consultative sales approach to problem solving with existing and prospective clients
- Strong MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint skills
- Strong technical foundation; ability to use CRM, MS Office, social tools, etc.
- Willing to travel frequently to for clients and prospect meetings
Salary range $130,000.00- $150,000.00. Bonus Eligible.
