OVERVIEW:
Allwhere, a startup venture that spun out of the D. E. Shaw group in 2021, seeks a full-time Chief Financial and Operating Officer. Our ideal candidate has experience in high-growth, international, working capital-heavy, and logistics-heavy businesses. As a Series A company, allwhere streamlines employee equipment management, enabling companies to efficiently handle device refreshes, retrievals, and onboarding at scale.
The ideal candidate will have successfully led organizations, scaled a business past Series C, managed complex financial operations, and built sophisticated financial and operational infrastructures for rapid expansion. They will play a critical role in securing funding, optimizing capital efficiency, and refining our business model strategy while ensuring operational excellence.
This role is with Allwhere, not with the D. E. Shaw group. As a portfolio company of the D. E. Shaw group’s venture studio, DESCOvery, Allwhere benefits from the firm’s entrepreneurial experience and industry connectivity. Please note that Allwhere will be reviewing all applications and making hiring decisions independently of the D. E. Shaw group.
