This role will be responsible for account management, customer success and onboarding for Gen II’s proprietary performance & attribution and data platforms, Sensr Analytics and DataBridge. As a member of Sensr’s Client Success Team, you will be an integral part of client relations and implementation, working closely with our clients and Gen II’s Client Service Teams. In addition, as an expert on the applications, you will build strong relationships with our clients, ensure they are comfortable on the platforms and gather feedback to share with the product team for future enhancements.
Primary Responsibilities Will Include:
- Own overall relationship with assigned clients, which includes relationship management, onboarding, training, increasing adoption and value add, ensuring retention, and high levels of customer satisfaction
- Establish a trusted and strategic advisor relationship to help drive continued value of our products and services
- Maintain and develop customer success strategies and best practices, as well as customer support content, with the help of the creative team
- Communicate effectively with both internal and external senior-level management to understand customer needs, maximize retention and growth, and communicate learnings
- Maintain existing customer success metrics and data as directed
Job Requirements, Skills, Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (concentrations in Accounting, Finance or Economics a plus)
- 2-5 years’ experience in the financial services Industry
- Account/Client/Relationship management or Customer Success experience
- SaaS, Technology Services or Software industry experience
- Knowledge of financial reporting and/or general ledger accounting a plus
- Private Equity experience a plus
- Experience with data mapping a plus (e.g. mapping between systems, SQL, Excel macros, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Technical knowledge and business acumen
- Ability to learn on-the-job quickly, apply learning to recommend solutions to issues
- Ability to quickly adapt to changes in processes and procedures in a rapidly changing environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong project management skills
- Superior problem solving, judgement and decision-making skills
- Ability to think independently, prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines
- Extensive Microsoft suite skills - Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint and Outlook
The salary range for this position is $70,000-$121,000 in addition to a discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits package. Please note that the actual salary offered within that range will depend on the candidate’s experience level.
Work Arrangement
