We are seeking a dynamic Senior Business Analyst who will work closely with project stakeholders including management, IT, and both internal and external business teams. In this role, you’ll engage with clients to gather and analyze requirements, transform business data into actionable insights, and identify opportunities to improve processes and systems. The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for understanding client needs and translating them into clear, actionable strategies that enhance client experience and operational efficiency. You’ll work independently and with subject-matter experts to quickly learn new applications, lead cross-functional efforts, and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work from home.
Key Responsibilities
Leverage independent research and collaboration with internal experts to become a subject matter expert on application capabilities
Engage with clients to accurately collect, document, and translate business requirements
Partner with business and technical teams, ensuring thorough understanding of client needs and effectively tracking key deliverables throughout implementation projects
Collaborate closely with the Agile Scrum Master to determine priorities, monitor project progress, track tickets, and communicate statuses and risk points to stakeholders
Utilize business analysis and operational workflow best practices to proactively identify and implement application and system improvements
Coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and production release testing activities, planning resource needs and assessing risk and impact
Work with client services, sales, and business teams to document, manage, and track new business initiatives via work order/statement of work processes
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
5 to 7 years’ experience in Business/Systems Analysis, Project Management, or a similar technical, client-facing role
Solid understanding of business processes with the ability to translate them into effective solutions
Proficiency in data analysis with strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work well with cross-functional teams while managing multiple priorities and influencing timely execution of tasks
Experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and workflow analysis
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Visio
Understanding of regulatory financial documents (PDF/XML)
Background in SaaS implementations and advanced data analysis
Proficient in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
