What You’ll Do
- As a Business Analyst & Software Project Manager, you will:
- Analyze and optimize business processes to enhance efficiency and system performance.
- Gather and define business requirements, translating them into functional specifications and actionable solutions.
- Design and implement solutions that drive revenue growth and process improvements.
- Develop and execute quality assurance (QA) and user acceptance testing (UAT) plans.
- Identify organizational strengths and weaknesses, recommending improvements to maximize efficiency.
- Quickly understand industry challenges and apply strategic solutions to business problems.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage and enforce project deadlines and schedules to ensure timely delivery.
- Apply and uphold project standards while consistently delivering high-quality services and solutions.
- Oversee project financials to ensure cost-effective execution.
- Design business and system process flows, working effectively within Agile Scrum development frameworks.
- Create logical data models and translate business needs into user stories and technical specifications.
- Develop wireframes and user interfaces, ensuring a seamless user experience (UX) and usability.
What You’ll Need
- 5–7 years of combined experience in functional analysis and software project management.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented principles, database design, and data modeling.
- Experience in data architecture and system integrations, including APIs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and drive project success.
- Ability to communicate complex information effectively and tactfully.
- Knowledge of software development, database structures, and system architecture.
- Understanding of legacy, web-based, and cloud system integrations.
- 3–5 years of experience in the media industry.
