As the Transformation Office Program Lead, you will drive the Digital & Technology transformation program, ensuring alignment with goals and driving progress for the organization. The position focuses on oversight of multiple initiatives, driving connectivity across the program and providing leadership, strategy, and recommended actions.
You will
- Lead strategic execution of the transformation program, ensuring that all initiatives align with enterprise objectives and deliver outcomes for the organization.
- Serve as a key advisor and thought partner to transformation workstream leaders, offering expert guidance on approaches, risks, and opportunities.
- Lead the coordination and oversight of the transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with initiative goals and marking progress against plan
- Work closely with workstream owners and initiative leaders to understand and guide their approaches. You should identify interdependencies, mitigate risks, and ensure seamless execution of initiatives within the program and other activities across the organization
- Develop and maintain executive-level transparency into the program by drawing insights across initiatives, identifying trends, and making data-driven recommendations for course corrections.
- Develop and oversee metrics & reporting for the program, including monitoring existing metrics, and identifying new metrics, as needed. Ensure leadership has the right data to assess progress and drive informed decision making.
- Lead discussions with leadership to escalate critical issues, advocate for necessary resources, and ensure appropriate strategic focus.
- Anticipate internal and external business challenges and recommend process improvements that enhance execution, efficiency, and long-term impact.
- Partner with Finance and workstream leaders to track realization of cost savings and operational efficiencies
- Act as a key influencer across Digital & Technology and beyond, building strong relationships, driving cross-functional discussions, and ensuring alignment with broader organizational priorities.
- Drive change leadership and organizational adoption, ensuring transformation efforts are embraced and sustained across all levels of the organization.

You have
- 7-10 years of experience; experience with transformation and/or consulting preferred.
- Strong analytical, decision making and critical thinking skills.
- Proven team player with a strong collaborative orientation; demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and partner across business groups.
- Flexibility and resourcefulness in managing multiple priorities.
- The ability to accelerate impact and the desire to lead change.
Reporting Relationship
This position reports to the Head of Strategy, Planning & Governance.
Location
Hybrid: 3 days in the office, 2 days WFH. Preferred location – Hudson Yards, NYC; Holmdel, NJ; Bethlehem, PA
Salary Range:
$148,940.00 - $244,685.00
The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
