Your opportunity
- Build, maintain and improve management reporting focused on Assets and Flows for North American Distribution including Daily, Monthly and Quarterly reporting as well as Board level presentations
- Develop customized and ad hoc reports and analyses based on the business needs
- Partner with sales leadership to complete monthly and quarterly processes that influence sales compensation
- Contribute to process improvements in reporting and ongoing analyses
- Perform analysis to gain insight into the business and provide recommendations to management team, technology, and operations to improve outcomes
- Carry out other duties as assigned

Must have skills
- Experience developing data visualizations, using tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Creative problem solving, critical thinking skills and ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic, growth environment with multiple competing demands
- Presentation, storytelling, communication, and client relationship management skills to bring complex data problems and visuals to life
- Analytical skills to work with large data such as Alteryx, R, SQL or Python to accumulate, organize, and assimilate large amounts of information
- Strong sense of ownership, commitment to the team, and accountability
- Bachelor’s Degree required with a preference for a degree in Analytics / Information Science / Accounting / Finance / Business Administration / Economics / Marketing

- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills, with a proven track record of effectively presenting data-driven insights to a non-technical audience.

Compensation information
The base salary range for this position is $65,000-$75,000. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. This role will be posted through April 21, 2025.
You will be expected to understand the regulatory obligations of the firm, and abide by the regulated entity requirements and JHI policies applicable for your role.

Annual Bonus Opportunity: Position is eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus award from the profit pool. The profit pool is funded based on Company profits. Individual bonuses are determined based on Company, department, team and individual performance.
