We are seeking a dedicated Business Analyst to join our team and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales processes. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales organization by analyzing sales data, identifying patterns for improvement, and contributing to CRM development and integration efforts.
We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remote.
Responsibilities:
Plan, direct, and implement projects to support the sales organization.
Provide training, tools, and process guidance for increased sales efficiency.
Analyze sales reports to identify patterns and improvement areas.
Compare actual sales data to revenue projections and expectations.
Develop and maintain sales forecasts and performance reports.
Assist with data modeling and CRM development and integration.
Work closely with Sales and Sales Operations Management to resolve issues.
Build knowledge of company processes and customer bases.
Solve straightforward problems using standard procedures.
Qualifications:
Functional Knowledge: Understanding and application of procedures and concepts within one's discipline.
Business Expertise: Know key business drivers to efficiently accomplish work.
Leadership: Provides informal guidance to new team members.
Problem Solving: Solve straightforward problems using technical experience and judgment.
Impact: Enhance the quality of work within team guidelines and policies.
Interpersonal Skills: Explain complex information clearly in straightforward situations.

Salary range $70,000.00- $80,000.00. Bonus Eligible.
