THE ROLE
The Business Intelligence Analyst works in partnership with their team in a responsive environment to design, test, and deliver reporting and dashboard solutions that meet the business needs of distribution. This role involves tracking and delivering both ad-hoc and scheduled reports, as well as assisting in the tracking, communication, and usage of technology. In partnership with team, it will develop, enhance, and deploy reports and dashboards for the benefit of clients and internal business partners to provide insights into their business activities.
What You Will Do
- Handle incoming ad-hoc user requests tracked through CRM cases.
- Gather, organize, and present data clearly. Provide channel and territory reports. Analyze transactions, CRM activity, and industry data.
- Collaborate with team members to create reporting and dashboard solutions for distribution needs.
- Support business users and technology teams in distribution reporting functions. Deliver insights via reporting and dashboards.
- Guide co-op in completing standard scheduled reports and small projects.
- Complete and distribute daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Track and update feedback through active user groups, improving reporting processes.
- Monitor user adoption and create usage metrics.
Required
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a business or technology related field
- Understanding of SQL and/or other query languages.
- Ability to efficiently utilize resources and communicate with others, both verbally and in writing.
- Analytical skills with the ability to make independent decisions.
- Passion to develop creative solutions and translate them to meet business needs and provide actionable insights using data and visualizations.
- Detailed-oriented with the ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Interest in Technology and its application in business

- 0-2+ years related experience
