ROLE OVERVIEW
In the role of Manager, Investment Compensation the employee will be responsible for the following:
- Assisting with the year-end investment team compensation and analytics process
- Partnering with legal to review complex employment contracts
- Partnering with the business development team to produce compensation related analytics as requested
- Partner with various groups across the business to assist in compensation related planning (compensation structures, mock payout calculations, and compensation forecasting)
- Help support the strategy business leads with compensation planning and requests
- Working with Fund Accounting on the month-end accrual process
- Working with external auditors during the annual audit
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

- Ability to multi-task time across time sensitive deliverables and project work

- Experience maintaining confidentiality of highly sensitive information
- Strong Excel skills
EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE:
- 7 – 10+ years of public accounting experience, FP&A, or finance experience
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- CPA not required, but preferred
