The Sourcing and Vendor Management (SVM) Group is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Analyst to support critical procurement, vendor management, and contract administration functions. This role spans a wide range of procurement categories, including Technology, Market Data, contractors/consultants, software and hardware, investment operations, fund services, subscriptions/publications, and real estate services.
As an Analyst, you will play a key role in managing day-to-day activities within the SVM function, ensuring operational efficiency, cost optimization, and compliance across sourcing processes. You will support sourcing management, oversee contract renewals and administration, assist in maintaining strong vendor relationships, manage variable resources, and contribute to ad hoc projects. This position provides a unique opportunity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, engage with external vendors, and gain exposure to a diverse range of business needs.
Responsibilities:
Sourcing Management
Contract Renewals -Assist in conducting due diligence for contract renewals, including validating services, validating users, analyzing spend data, and negotiating terms with vendors, and obtaining necessary approvals.
New Contracts: Work with business stakeholders across various categories (Technology, market data, software, hardware, consultants, etc.) to gather and validate requirements, engage with vendors to discuss & negotiate contract terms, obtain necessary approvals from expense managers
Contract Management
Support the contract lifecycle, including initiation, compliance checks, approvals, and retention.
Work closely with Legal and internal teams such as Credit Risk, Information Security, and Business Continuity Planning to ensure vendor compliance and risk mitigation.
Facilitate contract execution by coordinating approvals, budgets, and accounts payable processes.
Assist stakeholders with entering Service Now requests, update vendor/contract details, follow-up with vendors/managers as needed, answer queries, run reports, etc.
Vendor Relationship Management
Maintain effective communication with external vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery and satisfaction.
Monitor vendor performance, address issues, and assist in third-party risk management by categorizing and assessing supplier risks.
Assist stakeholders and vendors with risk management, resolution, and mitigation
Operational Support & Reporting:
Generate reports on vendor performance, spend, and contract activity to support data-driven decision-making.
Handle administrative tasks, such as updating vendor and contract details, responding to stakeholder inquiries, and coordinating approvals.
Ad Hoc Projects:
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, supply chain, finance, or related field
2-3 years of prior experience in procurement, sourcing and /or vendor management
Broad knowledge across various procurement/sourcing categories
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Outlook);
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve problems proactively.
Team-oriented approach with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.

Compensation Details
The salary range for this role is $70,000-$90,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in the job posting location. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, business sector, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, market benchmarking data, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, which, along with base salary and retirement contributions, is part of our total comprehensive package. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), life insurance and other benefits to eligible employees.
