Job Description
Linedata is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a
Treasury Support Operations Analyst. In this role, you’ll support the Treasury, Investment, and Accounting teams with all fund-related wire activity. This opportunity sits within our
Client Services team, providing operational support to a leading global alternative asset management firm.

This is a
hybrid position, with a strong preference for candidates who can work part of the week in our
Charlotte, NC office to support in-person collaboration and team connection.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily cash balance reporting across multiple accounts and transactions
- Support bank and counterparty administration, including account and credit line setup/closure
- Reconcile collateral positions and ensure appropriate collateral levels are maintained with counterparties
- Monitor and report on daily FX exposure thresholds
- Process high-priority wire transactions, ensuring timely and accurate execution
- Prepare daily and weekly reporting on collateral and prime brokerage requirements for senior management
- Handle time-sensitive, ad hoc requests related to cash management and internal reporting
Job Requirement
- Detail-oriented, conscientious, and energetic professional with the ability to think creatively
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities and work under deadlines
- Ability to read and decipher complex legal documents
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with capacity to interact with outside parties and personnel across all levels of the firm
- Dedicated team player with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through skills
- Strong Excel skills
DESIRED BACKGROUND/EDUCATION
- Four-year college degree with a strong academic background.
- Progress towards MBA or CFA preferred.
- 0-1 year of relevant work experience
